REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS

CONCLAVE 2025 starts on Sunday, May 18, completing on Thursday night, May 22 with departures typically on Friday, May 23.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Sunday Opening Reception, Fun Rally, Scenic Drives, Tech Sessions and Presentations, Gymkhana and Ozarkhana, Popular Car Show, Raffle, Live Auction, Rocker Cover Racing, Photo Contest, Arts and Craft Contests.

SOME EVENTS are extra fees, including BBQ, Keeter Center Luncheon, Branson Show Night, Awards Banquet, Concours Judging.

NOTICE: The Branson Chateau room rate is $169 plus taxes of 12.35%/ night for Conclave week  – 5 nights – 5/18 through 5/22 with Standard Single King or Standard Double Queen rooms available.

Upgraded rooms may be available through Chateau booking.

Check in:  Guest accommodations will be available at 4:00 PM on day of arrival.

Suites: will be available for booking in the Spring of 2025, based on availability.  Standard rates apply.  If you wish to upgrade to a suite later, book a Standard room and then upgrade when suites become available.

Parking: Nightly outdoor lot parking is complimentary, but a Parking Pass MUST be displayed.  Covered Garage Parking is available first-come-first-served at the time of hotel check-in, and is based on availability, for a fee of $15.00/night.  Valet Covered Parking is available, but we assume most attendees would not let a valet park their Healey.  Valet parking is $25/night, if used.

Car wash station: will be provided on Chateau property.

Trailer-Tow Vehicle Parking: For those trailering their Healey to Conclave, you will be contacted at a later date requesting info.

WARNING: to maintain your Chateau room reservation in our block, a Conclave 2025 event registration is required. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND prior to April 1, 2025 will be subject to a $35 handling fee.  The basic Registration Fee is non-refundable April 1 or later.  You must cancel your hotel arrangements directly with the hotel.

AFTER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED, you will be emailed your official Conclave registration number and hotel reservation instructions to reserve your room(s) with Chateau on the Lake Resort.

EVENT REGALIA: Event Regalia will be available to order at a later date. Please check the Conclave website conclave2025branson.com for Regalia.

Instructions on how to make Host Lodging reservations will be sent to you in a confirmation letter via email upon receipt of registration form and payment.
