Conclave 2025 is sponsored and hosted by the Kansas City AHC, the AHCA and is organized by dedicated volunteers from those two clubs, plus the Flatwater AHC, North Texas AHC, Oklahoma AH Owners Club, Ohio Valley AHC, and many other volunteers.
